FAQs

  • Due to the digital nature of this product we are unable to offer refunds, please consider your purchase carefully. If you have any questions about whether this template is right for you then please get in touch with us here.

  • Not at the moment. We will be offering an installation service at a later date but aren’t able to do so just yet.

  • Once you’ve purchased the site you’ll be sent an email giving you instructions on what you need to take delivery of the template. If you have any problems at all you can contact us here.

  • You’ll need your site (once transferred) to be on a Squarespace plan (I’ll provide more details on which one and the discounts available when you purchase). If you want a unique web address, e.g. www.example.com you’ll need to purchase this from a company like GoDaddy.

  • Tutorials are not included but I have a course to teach you everything Squarespace called Square School which you can access here.

  • The template is built in Squarespace 7.1. This is the latest version of Squarespace and means that your site is completely customisable.
